This Friday, the city of Cubatão, the main entry for Santos, restricted the time for parking trucks from 8:00-18:00hs, this decree should increase the lines and the traffic that delayed for the last couple of months the export cargoes from Santos.

For the last months Brazilian soy producers and exporters suffered due this long line of trucks that reach about 12 miles waiting to unload their export goods.

The port of Santos is the most important port in Brazil and it moved until Mar, 24.873l879 tons according to CODESP.

The president of CODESP, Renato Barco, recognized last Thursday the need of infrastructure development to handle the growing volumes we’re facing for the last years.
